Do I need to be in a specific location?
No! We're fully remote and global from day one. As long as you can overlap with the team for some core hours (we're flexible), you can work from anywhere.
What's the compensation like?
We offer competitive market-rate salaries plus meaningful equity for early team members. We believe in compensating fairly and transparently—you'll know exactly what you're getting before the interview.
Do you sponsor visas?
As a remote-first company, you can work from your current location. As we grow and establish entities in more countries, we'll expand our ability to sponsor visas and hire locally.
What's the tech stack?
Platform code is written in Go for performance and reliability. Application backend is Python/Django with Kubernetes, Envoy, and cloud-native infrastructure. Frontend is Next.js/React with TypeScript. We choose tools that solve real problems, not what's trendy.
Can I work part-time or contract first?
We're primarily looking for full-time team members for core roles, but we're open to discussions. If you're exceptional and have constraints, let's talk about what works.
What if I don't have years of experience?
We care more about aptitude, attitude, and ability to learn than years on a resume. If you're smart, motivated, and have demonstrated ability to ship—we want to talk.
How does equity work?
Early team members receive meaningful equity grants with standard 4-year vesting and 1-year cliff. We're transparent about current valuation and what your stake means. Your work builds value—you should own part of that.
